1. No Refund Policy

Business Fastup को किया गया कोई भी payment non-refundable होगा, यदि:

• Project शुरू हो चुका है

• Service deliver की जा चुकी है

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund केवल निम्‍न  conditions में consider किया जाएगा:

• यदि project अभी start नहीं हुआ है

• यदि payment गलती से (duplicate transaction) हुआ है

• यदि Business Fastup agreed service deliver करने में unable है

3. Partial Refund

कुछ cases में partial refund दिया जा सकता है:

• यदि project completion से पहले cancel किया जाता है

• Completed work के basis पर refund amount decide किया जाएगा

4. No Refund in These Cases

निम्न situations में refund applicable नहीं होगा:

• Project start होने के बाद change of mind

• Client-side delay (content/information समय पर न देना)

• Design, layout या style से related dissatisfaction

• SEO, Ads या Marketing services, जिनके results external factors पर depend करते हैं

5. Cancellation Policy

Client Email / Pnone के माध्यम से cancellation request भेज सकता है। हर request review की जाएगी और applicable refund इसी policy के अनुसार process किया जाएगा।

6. Refund Processing

यदि refund approved होता है:

• इसे 7–10 business days के अंदर process किया जाएगा

• Amount original payment method में credit किया जाएगा
